 Brandon Becker, General Counsel of TIAA-CREF and former Director of Trading and Markets at the Securities and Exchange Commission

Robert Mundheim has long been a leader in law and business, having served as a professor and dean at the University of Pennsylvania Law School; as General Counsel at the U.S. Treasury Department, where he was instrumental in negotiating the release of the U.S. hostages in Iran; as Special Counsel to the Securities and Exchange Commission; and as Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Salomon Smith Barney.  Prof. Mundheim currently chairs the ABA’s Standing Committee on Ethics and Professional Responsibility, and is Of Counsel to the firm of Shearman and Sterling in New York. He has  taught as a visiting professor at Arizona Law since 2005.
