- If you are graduating in May 2009, or have already graduated and plan to take the July 2009 Arizona Bar Exam, applications can be filed between January 15, 2009 and April 30, 2009. Fees increase each month of delay. See: www.supreme.state.az.us/admis. Click on "How to Apply for Admission", then "Application for Admission". While there is no deadline for filing the required "Character and Fitness Report", it generally takes 5-7 months for processing and committee review. Failure to timely complete the report will result in delay in swearing in, and the ability to begin practicing law, after your get your exam results .
- The July 2009 exam dates are July 28, 29, 30. Timely filing deadline is April 1, 2009. Late filing (with extra fees) begins April 2, with final filing deadline of June 15, 2009.
