The students
of the College of Law are very talented and represent tremendous
diversity culturally, educationally, and geographically. Each
year, about 150 full-time JD candidates enroll in the entering class,
and 30 attorneys enroll in our two LLM programs: International Trade
Law, and Indigenous People's Rights.
Admission is
very competitive. The 155 members of the 2009 entering class are
from 24 states, and attended 69 different undergraduate
schools. 12% have graduate degrees, 41% are women and 21%
are minorities. The median LSAT is 161, and the median undergraduate/
graduate GPA is 3.51. These scores are very competitive
nationwide, and our law school is consistently included in the lists
of top 20% law schools.
