RECIPROCITY POLICY SUMMARY

Please keep in mind the following policies:

  1. Requests for reciprocity must be made in writing or email by the career services office of the student's/graduate's law school.  Letters granting reciprocity will be sent to the school and the recipient, if we have the recipient's email or address.

  2. Normally, reciprocity will be granted on a one-for-one exchange basis.

    • Reciprocity includes:
      • In-office access to job listings and advice handouts, use of the Career & Professional Development library, and permission to make appointments for career counseling.
      • Reciprocity will be granted for a period of six months, beginning on the date of the letter granting reciprocity. Renewal merely requires an updated request from the requesting law school.

    • Reciprocity does not include access to the password-protected portion of UA College of Law Career website.
