Career Services
Students are encouraged to utilize the Career and Professional Development Office at the Rogers College of Law. That office serves as a job clearinghouse, a resource center, and a counseling service to help students define and meet their professional goals.
Some of the following resources on the website and in the office will be of particular interest to LLM students:
- The On-line Job Bulletin, featuring job listings for Indian law and indigenous peoples law
- The Calendar of Events, featuring numerous programs and workshops that are hosted by the Career and Professional Development office throughout the year
- The Handbook on International Public Service
- The Government and Public Interest Handbook
- Federal and State Honors and Internship Handbook
Students are also encouraged to visit the Career and Professional Development Office to schedule a personal appointment with a career services specialist. Mary Birmingham, Assistant Dean and Paula Nailon, Assistant Dean for Professional Development, offer personalized advice on how to create your resume and cover letter, how to network with potential employers and how to find job opportunities that match your interests.
In order to access the Career Service website, you will need to request a password from the Career and Professional Development office, 520.621.7668.
