Welcome

The University of Arizona Rogers College of Law in Tucson will host a conference on the Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit on September 30 – October 1, 2005.

By focusing on judicial processes and decision-making, the conference will provide a more in-depth understanding of the circuit court responsible for the largest proportion of the federal appellate caseload. The operation of the Ninth Circuit will also be placed in the context of the other circuits.

The conference will be held at the Marriott University Park Hotel on 880 E. Second St., Tucson, AZ 85719.
