Carl A. Piccarreta received his undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona and his law degree from the University of Toledo (1977, 1980). He is admitted to practice in Arizona and Ohio, as well as United States District Court for Arizona and the Ninth Circuit United States Court of Appeals. Mr. Piccarreta limits his practice to personal injury.

Mr. Piccarreta was the recipient of a Reginald Heber Smith Community Lawyer Fellowship. He has served on and chaired the Tucson City Magistrate Merit Selection Commission and served on multiple Judicial Performance Review teams. He was a volunteer at the University of Arizona Domestic Violence Law Clinic, and currently is an appointee to the Arizona Supreme Court's Commission on Judicial Performance Review and its Ad Hoc Committee on the Rules of Evidence. In addition, he is a Pima County Superior Court Judge Pro Tem.

Mr. Piccarreta is actively involved in the community as President of the Tucson Metro Soccer League and a board member to the Southern Arizona affiliate of the Susan G. Komen For The Cure breast cancer foundation. Mr. Piccarreta is listed in Who's Who in American Law. He is an AV rated lawyer in Martindale-Hubbell.
