Please send all AV Equipment requests to avequipment@law.arizona.edu. Send your requests as SOON as possible.

Since we have a limited number of any given type of equipment (see listing of Audio Visual Equipment Available at the College of Law), please follow these guidelines:

• AV equipment is scheduled on a first come, first served basis.

• Please submit your AV Equipment reservations at your earliest opportunity and no later the 24 hours in advance to provide the best possibility that the equipment that you want is available at the time you need it. Remember to Include the date(s) (and days (ie: MW or TTh) if you need it for the full semester), start time and end time of each reservation, location (classroom number), and any special instructions (ie; Internet needed, sound turned on, etc.) with every request. You will be informed whether your equipment is available as requested and an Email confirming schedule status and details of the reservation will be sent to you.

• When you have files (PowerPoint, Word, etc.) that you would like AV Support to load on your reserved cart’s computer for a class, please email the file/s to avequipment@law.arizona.edu no less than two (2) hours before class (the further ahead of class the better).

• We understand that urgent, unexpected situations will arise; and in those instances, we will work with you to accommodate your AV Equipment needs.

• Same day requests may not be possible to complete. Request equipment early to avoid disappointment.

• Please cancel the reserved Equipment as soon as you know that it is not required for any given day (for instance: days known in advance when class is cancelled, or days you know you will not be using it, etc.). On days that you are ill and class is cancelled, please let us know as soon as possible so we can cancel the Equipment. This helps to free up equipment for others to use.
