Law Journals
This list contains law journals that have at least a year's worth of issues in full-text and which are relatively current. Other journals have web presences, but no full-text, while others have only Tables of Contents or abstracts. Finding Law Reviews and Journals on the Web contains more information and links to journals on the internet. Another good place to look is USC Legal Journals List, produced by the USC Law Library. It contains links to general law reviews, subject specific law reviews, commercial law journals, ABA periodicals, foreign law journals, etc.
- Akron Law Review Contains full text of most articles from Vol. 29, No. 2 (1995-1996) to Vol. 31, No. 2 (1997-1998).
- Alaska Law Review A full text scholarly and professional journal that responds to the needs of Alaska's diverse legal community published by Duke University School of Law; contains issues beginning with Vol. 14, No. 2 (December 1997) to the present.
- American Society of International Law (ASIL) Insights Each Insight aims to be a “brief, balanced accounts of the international law issues raised by newsworthy late-breaking events”; full-text issues begin in January 1996. ASIL has other publications, but none appears to be full-text; the index to their publications is at www.asil.org/pubs.htm. You can also search their publications database for article information at www.asil.org/asilex.htm.
- The American University Law Review Full-text coverage begins with Vol. 45, No. 1 (October 1995).
- Arizona Journal of International and Comparative Law Full-text coverage begins with Vol. 18, No. 3 (2001).
- Arizona Law Review Full-text coverage begins with Vol. 42, No. 3 (2000).
- Berkeley Technology Law Journal Has all issues, beginning with Vol. 1 (1986), online, but some of the early articles are not available full-text.
- California Criminal Law Review An online journal from Boalt Hall, Berkeley School of Law; has full-text of articles beginning with Vol. 1 (2000).
- Cardozo Law Review Has full-text of all articles beginning with Vol. 20 (1998).
- Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution Begun in 1998, this online journal has full-text articles, annotations, and symposia.
- Communications Law in Transition Newsletter An innovative electronic law journal jointly published by the Programme in Comparative Media Law and Policy at the Centre for Socio-Legal Studies, Oxford University, and the Howard M. Squadron Program in Law, Media and Society at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University, this newsletter covers a wide range of topics relating to media law and policies in transitional democracies. Full-text begins with Vol. 1 (1999); last issue appears to be Vol. 2, No. 3 (Feb. 2001).
- Duke Environmental Law & Policy Forum Has full-text beginning with Vol. 7, No. 1 (Fall 1996).
- Duke Journal of Comparative & International Law Has full-text beginning with Vol. 7, No. 2 (Spring 1997).
- Duke Journal of Gender Law and Policy Has full-text beginning with Vol. 4 (Spring 1997).
- Duke Law Journal Has full-text beginning with Vol. 46, No. 5 (March 1997).
- E Law: Murdoch University Electronic Journal of Law Published by Murdoch University School of Law, Perth, Western Australia; has full-text beginning with Vol. 1, No. 1 (1993).
- Electronic Green Journal Published by the University of Idaho Library, this journal has “peer-reviewed articles, book reviews, news, and information on current printed and electronic sources concerning international environmental topics”; has full text beginning with Issue 1 (June 1994).
- Federal Communication Law Journal Published by Indiana University School of Law and the Federal Communication Bar Association; has full-text beginning with Vol. 46, No. 1 (December 1993).
- Florida State University Law Review Has full-text beginning with Vol. 23, No. 1 (Summer 1995).
- GP Solo & Small Firm Lawyer Has full-text of all issues beginning with Spring 1997.
- Health Law Perspectives: Analyses of Recent Developments in Health Law This site contains legal analyses of contemporary health law issues published by the University of Houston Law Center, Health Law and Policy Institute; the articles are full-text and older ones are archived by topic.
- Human Rights Brief A publication of the Center for Human Rights and Humanitarian Law at the Washington College of Law, this journal reports about developments in international human rights and humanitarian law, as well as provides concise legal analysis of current human rights issues. Has full-text of all issues beginning with Vol. 1, Spring 1994.
- Indiana Law Journal Has full-text beginning with Vol. 71, No. 1 (Winter 1995).
- Journal of Information, Law and Technology Featuring refereed articles on computer law and Legal IT applications, this is an electronic law journal published by the University of Warwick; has full-text beginning with Issue 1 (January 31, 1996).
- Journal of Intellectual Property Law Published by the University of Georgia School of Law; has full-text of selected articles beginning with Vol. 1, No. 1, (Fall 1993); the latest issue appears to be Vol. 7, No. 1 (Fall 1999).
- Journal of Online Law Published by William & Mary School of Law; has full-text "scholarly essays" beginning in 1995; latest essay dated July 2001.
- Journal of Technology Law & Policy Published online by the University of Florida Levin College of Law; has full-text beginning with Vol. 1, Issue 1 (Spring 1996).

- Richmond Journal of Law & Technology An exclusively online law review; coverage begins with Vol. 1, Issue 1 (April 10, 1995).
- Southern Illinois University Law Journal Has full-text beginning with Vol. 20, No. 3 (Spring 1996).
- Stanford Technology Law Review Has articles, working papers, and comments in full-text beginning in 1997.
- Texas Intellectual Property Law Journal Has full-text of articles beginning with Vol. 1, Number 1 (Winter 1992).
