UA Law Students: Interlibrary Loan
When College of Law students have a need for materials that are not owned by the College of Law Library, we will attempt to borrow them from other libraries through the formal channels of interlibrary loan (ILL). ILL service at the Law Library is limited to College of Law faculty, students and staff. The Main Library provides excellent interlibrary loan services to University of Arizona faculty, staff and students. Other patrons must use the interlibrary loan service provided by their public library or other library with which they are affiliated.
The requester should provide the fullest citation information available. Inaccurate or incomplete information will delay delivery. Loose-leaf binders, audio/visual and microform materials are not available through interlibrary loan.
Turnaround time for most interlibrary loan requests is from one to three weeks. Requesters will be notified when the material has been received or if the request is unfilled. The item will be available for pickup at the Circulation/Reserve Desk. ILL request forms are available at the Circulation Desk and online.
