- Cornell Legal Information Institute (LII) Provides easy-to-understand topical overviews of specific areas of the law and organized collections of links to sites offering court decisions, statutes, regulations and other legal materials.
- Cornell Law Library - Finding the Law: Overview Contains legal research guides and links to various topical areas of the law; some of the materials are restricted to Cornell students and faculty.
- FindLaw The leading Web portal focused on law and government, providing access to a comprehensive and fast-growing online library of legal resources for use by legal professionals, consumers and small businesses.
- Guide to Law Online (GLIN) An annotated guide to sources of information worldwide on government and law available online maintained by the Law Library of Congress; has explanation of the US legal system in English, French, and Spanish and links to other national, international, and multi-national legal websites.
- lexisONE® Free website containing simple searchable database of U.S. Supreme Court cases from 1790, selected federal and state cases from January 1, 1996; legal forms, Martindale-Hubbell law digests, internet legal links, etc.; requires registration and password; can pay by credit card for Shepard's and other services.
- US Court Forms A commercial site providing free forms for all fifty states and the federal courts in PDF format. Must register with the site and agree to use the forms for your personal use only.
- Washlaw Web Contains links to lots of legal websites; maintained by Washburn University School of Law.

- CALI Lessons On-line Computer Aided Legal Instruction Courses that are available on-line in a web-based format.
- FedLaw - Professional Associations and Organizations Contains links to various organizations more or less related to law. Some links are out of date.
- Introduction to Basic Legal Citation (2003 ed.), by Peter W. Martin, Cornell Law School, based on the 17th edition of the “Bluebook” and the first edition of "ALWD."
