student services-reference services

Law students needing help doing legal or related research are encouraged to contact one of the law librarians. Reference librarians are available at the reference desk to assist law students with research.

Please contact us if you need assistance finding information for any reason, whether the need is class-related or clerking/working-related. The reference librarians can assist with finding information in print in our library or online on the Internet or on LEXIS or WESTLAW. Before making a trip to the law library, you might want to examine our legal links pages to see if the information you need is available freely on the Internet. You may also wish to examine our online subject based legal guides and legal research guides. The reference desk schedule varies according to the College of Law's academic calendar, but reference librarians are generally available these hours.
