Prof. Bambauer Discusses California's New 'Revenge Porn' Law

Prof. Bambauer discusses the limitations of California’s new ‘revenge porn’ law, aimed at penalizing people who take nude photos of someone and post them online, in an October 2, 2013, article in International Business Times. Prof. Bambauer stated that the failure of the law to address explicit photos taken by the victim may not help curb the problem. Read the article here.
