Robert Mundheim has long been a leader in law and business, having served as a professor and dean at the University of Pennsylvania Law School; as General Counsel at the U.S. Treasury Department, where he was instrumental in negotiating the release of the U.S. hostages in Iran; as Special Counsel to the Securities and Exchange Commission; and as Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Salomon Smith Barney.  Prof. Mundheim currently chairs the ABA’s Standing Committee on Ethics and Professional Responsibility, and is Of Counsel to the firm of Shearman and Sterling in New York. He has  taught as a visiting professor at Arizona Law since 2005.

Event: Victims' Rights Panel Presentation

The Program in Criminal Law and Policy in conjunction with the Pima County Attorney's Office presents a Victims' Rights Panel Presentation.


Pima County Attorney Barbara LaWall will discuss the history and importance of victims' rights.


Crime victim survivors will share their experiences with the criminal justice system and the role victims' rights played in their journey toward healing and recovery.


The discussion will be in Room 160. Pizza will be served at 12:05pm, with the talk beginning at 12:15pm and ending by 1:20pm.
