Arizona Bar Exam Applications for February 2010 Exam

• If you are planning to take the February 2010 Arizona Bar Exam, applications can be filed between August 15, 2009 and November 30, 2009.  Fees increase each month of delay.  See:  www.supreme.state.az.us/admis.  To download application forms, click on "How to Apply for Admission", then "Application for Admission" and "Character Report".   While there is no deadline for filing the required "Character and Fitness Report", it generally takes 5-7 months for processing and committee review.  Failure to timely complete the report will result in delay in swearing in, and the ability to begin practicing law, after your get your exam results .

California Bar Exam

• The February 2010 exam dates are February 23, 24, 25.  Applications available October 1, 2009.  Timely filing deadline is November 2, 2009.  Late filing (with extra fees) deadline January 15, 2010.
