MISSION STATEMENT:
The Child & Family Law Clinic is committed to providing a quality, supervised, multi-disciplinary learning environment for senior law students and masters of social work interns. The Clinic is dedicated to defending the rights of children and adults involved with the justice system with integrity.
Students seek to empower clients by encouraging their active participation, when safe, at every stage of the legal process. The Clinic supports community agencies working to address the needs of families plagued by family violence.
