This course addresses the legal and ethical obligations of family law lawyers serving in different roles, including the representation of adults and children in divorce, child custody, support, juvenile court and probate proceedings.

Additional Comments
Family law practitioners and judges will be regular invited guests.  Students who have taken the basic Legal Profession class are welcome to enroll in this class.
