| Overview | We will begin with various issues in personal property including the rights of finders, gifts and sales. Then we will cover the estates system for dividing property on a temporal basis, and other joint interests in real property. A few weeks will be devoted to leases of land and landlord-tenant issues, and finally we will cover other interests in land, such as easements and covenants, rights in adverse possession and the doctrine of nuisance.
