| Overview | The course explores the role of courts in the federal system, the distribution of powers between state and federal governments, and separation of powers within the federal government. It is primarily a course on structural constitutional law (Articles I, II, and III), but we will introduce some of the constitutional limits on government power that protect individual rights. |
