| Overview | Students are placed in one of the public defenders offices in Tucson to work with attorneys on either felony, misdemeanor or juvenile cases. |

| Additional Comments | All of the clinics have weekly classes which provide students with training in the types of matter addressed by the clinic, opportunities to discuss cases and projects being handled, and a forum to share experiences.
Students who have not had a first-time clinic experience have priority over students who have had a clinic experience already.
This course satisfies the Professional Skills curricular requirement. |
