Overview	A practical course for young lawyers that examines a typical commercial real estate transaction from negotiation through post-closing.
Materials	All handouts (found in Forums in four sections).
Course Format	Mainly lecture, but with role playing, questions, and answers.
Written Assignments	None
Type of Exam	Take-home exam (three essay questions)
Basis for grading	Grade on exam.
Additional Comments	The class is limited to 20 people and if spots are available they may be taken by 2Ls, preferably with an interest in transactional work and negotiation.
