| Overview | This course will explore the definition(s) of Gaming/Gambiling; prohibition of Gaming/Gambling; regulation of legal Gaming activities by federal, state and trival regulatory bodies; social harms of Gaming/Gamblign; regulating fair play, cheating and gaming profitibility and exploring revenue streams to federal, state and tribal governments. Exploration of recent case law and possible federal legislation. |
