| Overview | This seminar course will provide an opportunity for students to examine and confront one of the most vexing criminal justice issues of our time - how should we punish those who break our laws? The course will use interactive video to bring guest speakers from Minneapolis into the classroom periodically. Guest speakers will include prosecutors and defense attorneys, judges and other court personnel, offenders, and others involved in reform efforts. |
