Course Description

Independent Study.  Depending upon the magnitude of the project, a student may earn from one to three units for investigation of and writing on a special legal problem under the supervision of a member of the faculty. Prior to registration, the student must obtain written approval to register for Independent Research from the professor who will supervise the study. A student may enroll in up to six total units of independent study: up to three per semester and up to three with any individual faculty member.
