Course Description
An introduction to the roles that lawyers play in our legal system; the structure of today's legal profession; the basis for the lawyer's responsibilities to clients, courts, the profession, and society generally; the prevailing rules of legal ethics; and the expanding body of law that governs lawyers in addition to the ethics rules.
