Elizabeth Hensley After obtaining her JD degree in 2009, Elizabeth Hensley (who was one of the first class to receive the IPLP Certificate), returned to Alaska and went to work in the state legislature as an aide to Rep. Reggie Joule (D. Kotzebue). She has recently accepted the position of policy advisor on Alaska Native issues to Larry Echo Hawk, the U.S. Assistant Secretary on Indian Affairs, and will be moving to Washington, D.C.
