Sam Hough Sam received his JD and LL.M. from the University of Arizona. Upon completing his LL.M. (2004) Sam practiced as a staff attorney with the Californian Indian Legal Service. He was promoted to Directing Attorney from 2005-2007. In 2007 he joined the law firm of Luebben Johnson & Barnhouse LLP in Albuquerque, NM.
