The Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William & Mary is the home of the first academic institution in America to teach law in a university setting. The Therapeutic Jurisprudence Program, a first of its kind program, is recognized as one of the Law School's signature academic programs. As part of the TJ Program's ongoing mission to promote therapeutic jurisprudence as an academic discipline throughout the Unites States and internationally, the Law School is pleased to announce the creation of William & Mary Law School's Student Scholarship on Therapeutic Jurisprudence. We ask that faculty, practitioners, and others encourage submission of TJ related papers from students in law, psychology, social work, criminal justice and other disciplines. Power point presentations as stand alone submissions or as an appendix to papers are encouraged as well. It is important that we capture student scholarship in this emerging area of the law and hope you will assist us in collecting these works. Student papers posted to date can be found at: http://law.wm.edu/academics/intellectuallife/researchcenters/tjprogram/scholarshipinthefield/index.php . Submissions/Questions should be sent electronically to Professor Gregory Baker, Director of the TJ Program, William & Mary Law School, Williamsburg, Virginia at dgbake@wm.edu.
