ANNOUNCEMENTS

Phi Delta Phi Event. On October 24, at 12:15 p.m. in Room 203, Pima County Attorney Barbara LaWall will be speaking to us about ethics, professionalism, and her personal experiences in law.  We are very excited that she has agreed to speak with us!  The members of Phi Delta Phi would like to invite the rest of the law school community to attend her presentation.

There's still plenty of time to participate in the Richard Grand Legal Writing Competition.  The prizes are big; the problem is interesting.  This year's fact situation - which is set in Arizona - involves a question of criminal law that raises important humanitarian and border-security concerns.  The page limit is ten pages, double-spaced.  The Competition ends on October 28.  For more information, please visit www.law.arizona.edu or contact Professor Rabe at rabe@law.arizona.edu.

Scholarship Information: Information on the following is posted on the FinancialAid/Scholarship Bulletin Board and kept in the red scholarship book in Room 118:
