The College of Law Bulletin is published at the beginning of each week of the semester. ANNOUNCEMENTS

NALSA Raffle.  NALSA will be selling raffle tickets today, Monday April 21, from 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.† The drawing date is April 29. The prizes (some of which are at display in the lobby) include: †a Pendleton baby blanket; a framed signed print of a painting by Suzanne Cerni, a local artist; a gift basket from Native Seeds/Search; 2 free tickets for the Loft Cinema; and a belt buckle from Mark Bahti.

The Student Animal Legal Defense Fund will hold a second organizational meeting on Wednesday, April 23, at 12:15 p.m. in Room 128.† An initial meeting was held last week, but turnout was very low.† Please come and show your support for keeping this group alive in memory of Susan Barber!† No commitment required, we just want to get a sense of the interest level and get some ideas for fall.† Questions?† Contact Joan Bundy at joan.bundy@law.arizona.edu.

Interested in being a VLP Advocate this summer?  The Volunteer Lawyers Program of Pima County is looking for student volunteers to work with clients and assist attorneys in the areas of Domestic Relations, Child Support, and Bankruptcy this summer.† Training will be provided.† If you would like to get some great pro bono experience, please come to a meeting on Wednesday, April 23, at 12:15 p.m. in Rm. 126.† All students are welcome.† For more information contact Julie Burkhart at Julie.Burkhart@law.arizona.edu.

Library Reminders: †Itís exam time once again which means a heavy demand on study rooms.† Remember that they are for group use only (i.e., two or more students).† Due to their limited number they may not be used for take-home exams.† Also, past and sample exams are available in print at the circulation desk and from Xerox, as well as online on the libraryís web page (www.law.arizona.edu/library).† A password is required - just ask at the circulation desk.
