The College of Law Bulletin is published at the beginning of each week of the semester. To place an announcement or event in the Bulletin, please e-mail your information to Martha Fenn at fenn@law.arizona.edu or put a note in her box in Rm. 242. The deadline for receipt of information is each Thursday by 11:00 a.m. for inclusion in the following week's Bulletin. ANNOUNCEMENTS

Mmmmm...hot coffee and...human rights! The National Lawyers Guild is teaming up with Students for Fair Trade in getting signatures on a petition asking that Fair Trade coffee be served in the Student Union. So...please sign the petition when it comes around to you! Soon we will have a tasting here at the law school. For questions about Fair Trade, contact Rachel Wilson at rwilson@u.arizona.edu and she will send you a link.

Law Library Hours Extended for Exams. In response to student requests, the hours of the Law Library will be extended to 10:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday evenings during exam period, Dec. 3rd, 4th, 10th, and 11th.

STATE BAR REAL PROPERTY SECTION SCHOLARSHIP. The Rogers College of Law is pleased to announce the availability of the State Bar Real Property Section Scholarship for 2004 - 2005. An annual scholarship of $1,000 has been established by the State Bar of Arizona Real Property Section. The scholarship will be awarded to an enrolled second- or third-year law student who demonstrates an interest in real property law (e.g., currently enrolled in any transactional/real property course, or other demonstrated interest/indicators), academic achievement and financial need. Representatives of the State Bar Real Property Section will select the recipient based upon a review of the applications. The recipient will be encouraged to attend a Real Property Section CLE meeting, typically held on the second Wednesday of the month at the Arizona Inn. Application information is available in Room 118. DEADLINE: Completed applications must be returned to Room 118 by 5:00 p.m. on December 1, 2004.
