The College of Law Bulletin is published at the beginning of each week of the semester. Special Holiday Library Hours:  The library will close at 5:00 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 22, in preparation for Thanksgiving. The library will be open 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Friday, Nov. 24, and regular hours for Saturday, Nov. 25, and Sunday, Nov. 26.

Extended Library Weekend Hours During Final Exams:  As a service to law student during exam period, the law library will be open for extended weekend hours during exams as follows:

The Black and Latino Law Students Associations (BLSA & LLSA) would like to thank everyone who supported our 9th Annual Fundraising Golf Tournament. This year we raised over $2000 in proceeds and hosted more than 50 of Arizona finest judges and attorneys. The event was held on a perfect golfing day at the Arizona National Golf Course. The money raised will support the academic and professional development of our student members.

The University of Arizona Federalist Society, the University of Arizona American Constitution Society, and the Georgetown Journal of Law & Public Policy announce a call for articles on “Reforming U.S. Immigration Policy in the Post 9-11 World.” Articles will be selected for their scholarly merits and their likelihood of provoking debate, regardless of ideology. The articles must be at least 3,000 words (about 10 double-spaced pages) in length, including footnotes, and are due by January 2, 2007. There is no maximum page limit. Articles selected for publication will appear in the Georgetown Journal of Law & Public Policy’s 2007 Symposium issue. Selected authors will also have the opportunity to present their papers at a symposium hosted by the University of Arizona American Constitution Society and the University of Arizona Federalist Society. The symposium will be held at the University of Arizona, Rogers College of Law in Tucson, Arizona on February 23, 2007.
