ANNOUNCEMENTS

Student Exchange Program in France. The faculty has approved a student exchange program with the University of Lyon, in Lyon, France. Classes there (actually part of their new international LL.M. program) are given in English by an international faculty; exchange students who are fluent in French are eligible to take other law school courses as well. It is a “home-Home” program like NACLE; exchange students continue to pay tuition (and use financial aid) provided at the Rogers College of Law. The requirements for UA exchange students are that the student be in good standing with an EPA of at least 2.75. For those geographically challenged, Lyon is about two hours by train from Paris and from the Riviera, and 1.5 hours from Alpine skiing. It is generally considered to be a very pleasant city in which to study and work. Anyone interested should contact Professor Gantz (gantz@law.arizona.edu) for additional information and a short application form.
