We hope to see you there! Contact Kat Kitlas at kkitlas@email.arizona.edu with any questions.

OAO Meeting, Wednesday, Feb. 18, 12:15 p.m., Room 126 (Jury Courtroom):  Join us for fun debate style games and plans for this semester! Also, we need officers, so if you like OAO and/or you want to pad your resume with a well-respected position that's also really fun, come to this meeting! As always, lunch will be served.

Group Study Room Use Cards:  In order to optimize the use of the library’s group study rooms, a new protocol will be initiated on Monday, February 23:  swipe cards that unlock the rooms will be checked out at the Circulation Desk to Law students only. Please be prepared to present your CatCard as you would to use other Reserve materials. Please also be certain that the contact information (especially a current, preferably local phone number) in Student Link is valid. The swipe card will provide access to the room for 4 hours from when it was checked out. The rooms will be locked at all times, so if the room is left empty while you print, for example, be certain to take the swipe card with you. Similarly, if the person to whom the card has been given leaves the study group but others remain, the card must be checked out to someone else occupying the room. The card will be the responsibility of the person to whom it is checked out and should not be handed off to anyone else. Rooms must be vacated at closing time and the cards checked back in. There will be a sign-up sheet at the Circulation Desk where you can reserve rooms for the current week beginning each Monday. Each group may make one reservation per day. REMINDER:  Food is not permitted in the study rooms or elsewhere in the library.

Meet the Dean Candidates:  Student sessions with dean candidates Lawrence Ponoroff and Rex Perschbacher will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 17, at 1:45 p.m. and Thursday, Feb. 19, at 2:30 p.m., respectively. Please email Rigel Massaro if you’re interested in attending: rigelm@email.arizona.edu. Seating is limited.
