Daniel Collins ('83) and Brenda Moody Whinery ('85) have been appointed to upcoming vacancies on the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona. Whinery will replace another alumni, Judge James Marlar ('70) in the Tucson Division, while Collins will be assigned to the Phoenix Division. For more information, read the article here.
