Prof. Sepe, along with Professors Lubomir P. Litov and Charles K. Whitehead, have written the first study to analyze the rise of lawyer-directors on corporate boards. The Financial Times published an article, “Get a Lawyer in the Boardroom to Boost Corporate Value,” about the study on February 22, 2013.
