Prof. Braucher has been named a Ninth Circuit Fellow-elect for Class 24 of the American College of Bankruptcy. The induction ceremony will be in Washington, D.C., on March 15, 2013. Professor Braucher is a nationally renown expert in bankruptcy, having published extensively in the field. Professor Braucher’s research on the relationship between bankruptcy and race was featured in an Oct. 19, 2012, symposium at St. John’s School of Law in Queens, New York. In Spring 2011, Professor Bracher was the Robert Zinman Scholar in Residence at the American Bankruptcy Institute in Alexandria, Virginia.
