Megan Austin, current Law Library Fellow and former U.S. Federal Court Pro Se Staff Attorney, will lead the presentation which includes video of interviews with current Capital Case Staff Attorney, Magistrate Judge Law Clerk, a Magistrate Judge and a District Judge. The Staff Attorney and law clerk share research tips and strategies for federal court, and the Judges talk about what makes a good law clerk in federal court.

This presentation is informative for people who are interested in practicing in federal court, being a federal law clerk, or even being a federal magistrate judge or district judge.
