This Wednesday, October 9th, PCLP is proud to host Hank Shea who will speak to us about White Collar Crimes.
Hank Shea is a Senior Distinguished Fellow at the University of St. Thomas School of Law in Minneapolis and a Visiting Professor at the James E. Rogers College of Law at the University of Arizona in Tucson.
Prof. Shea is also a Fellow at the Holloran Center for Ethical Leadership in the Professions at UST Law. He administers a unique ethics program that he founded which involves joint presentations with white collar offenders, some of whom he prosecuted, at law schools, business schools, colleges, high schools, and other locations. Hank also teaches courses in ethical leadership at UST Law, as well as crime and punishment and white collar crime courses at both locations. He speaks frequently throughout the United States on ethics and how to best prevent and address white collar crime.
Prof. Shea served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the District of Minnesota for 20 years, where he prosecuted a wide range of corporate and other economic crimes. Prof. Shea is the recipient of numerous Department of Justice awards, including Director’s Awards for Superior Performance in 2002 and 2000.
