How to get your event or announcement in the Bulletin and Day At A Glance

How to get your events and announcements on the Bulletin/Master Calendar/Day At A Glance:

                Step One:  Reserve a room for your event through Forums.  Bernadette Wilkinson is in charge of the room scheduling.  If you have any questions about room scheduling or how to implement your event, please contact Bernadette at 626-1629 or bwilkins@email.arizona.edu.

                Step Two:  Post your event or announcement to the Bulletin (found on the College of Law website).  The Bulletin comes out every Friday.  Deadline for admissions are Thursday at 5:00 p.m.   Please check off that you want your event or announcement to be posted to the master calendar – this is how it gets posted to Day At A Glance.  Questions about the Bulletin can be directed to Donna Shafer at 626-9224 or dream@email.arizona.edu.

                Step Three:  Once your event or announcement has been approved for the Bulletin it automatically gets sent to the Master Calendar where it has to go through one more approval.  Once it gets approved for the Master Calendar it will be reflected in the Day At A Glance.
