Date/Time: Tuesday, February 18, 2014  12:00:PM
Location: Room 118

Ms. Kline has deeply investigated the issues facing families separated due to deportation, both across Mexico as well as in border states across our region. She has testified in Congressional hearings on the subject and has spoken to multiple social service providers and immigration experts. She is the key author of the recent publication "Where Do We Go from Here?  Challenges facing transnational migrant families between the US and Mexico" (Mexico City, IMUMI, October 2013), available in both Spanish and English.

Ms. Kline is a dynamic speaker with very current information on the advances made in supporting repatriated immigrant families as well as important observations on the challenges faced by parents caught in the immigration enforcement web.
