On Saturday, February 22nd, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in Rountree Hall, Room 204, Professor Hershey will lecture to his Indigenous Law Clinic students on the components of contemporary law practice for Native American societies and clients. The class will consider a very short history of Federal Indian law (for those students with no background on the subject) followed by practice considerations that Professor Hershey has gleaned over his 4 decades of work with Native societies.
