Prof. Sepe Co-Authors Study Concerning Impact of Lawyers on Corporate BoardsProf. Sepe, along with Professors Lubomir P. Litov and Charles K. Whitehead, have written the first study to analyze the rise of lawyer-directors on corporate boards. The Financial Times published an article, “Get a Lawyer in the Boardroom to Boost Corporate Value,” about the study on February 22, 2013.
