Pepperdine Dean Kenneth Starr and Judge Neil Wake Join Constitution Day/Supreme Court Review PanelKenneth W. Starr, the Duane and Kelly Roberts Dean and Professor of Law at Pepperdine University School of Law, former Judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, and former Solicitor General of the United States, participated in a panel discussion of major cases decided by the Supreme Court of the United States during the 2007 term, at the College of Law, on September 17, 2008. He was joined by Judge Neil Wake, United States District Court for the District of Arizona, Arizona Law Dean Toni Massaro, and Associate Professor David Marcus. Rehnquist Center Director Sally Rider moderated the discussion. The free public presentation was held in conjunction with a nationwide commemoration of Constitution Day and was sponsored by the Rehnquist Center at the James E.
