First Nations Canadian Legal Scholar John Borrows to Deliver IPLP Program Deloria LectureOne of Canada's leading First Nations legal scholars, Professor John Borrows, will deliver the second annual Indigenous Peoples Law and Policy (IPLP) Program Vine Deloria, Jr. Lecture on Friday, February 6, 2009, Noon - 1:00 p.m., James E. Rogers College of Law Rountree Hall. The title of Professor Borrows' lecture is "Giants and Little People: Indigenous Law in Context," and it will focus on the interpretation and application of Indigenous law in a community context.
