Professor Judith Royster to be IPLP Distinguished Colloquia Speaker

The Indigenous Peoples Law and Policy Program at the University of Arizona Rogers College of Law is pleased to announce that Professor Judith V. Royster will be the final IPLP Distinguished Colloquia Speaker for the 2008-2009 academic year. Professor Royster will speak on Friday, April 17, 2009 from Noon - 1:00 p.m., in Rountree Hall, Room 215 at the College of Law. Her talk is entitled “The Story Behind Winters” and will cover the Winters water rights case. The lecture is free and open to the public.

Professor Royster holds the Chapman Distinguished Chair at the University of Tulsa College of Law, where she also serves as Co-Director of the Native American Law Center. For more information, see the IPLP news item here.
