Distinguished Lecture on Innovation and Communication Policy Features Record Industry Exec

International record industry expert Shira Perlmutter will deliver the 4th Annual Distinguished Lecture on Innovation and Communication Policy at the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law. The lecture, entitled Reconnecting the Copyright Value Chain: The Role of ISPs in Enabling the Online Marketplace, will be held Thursday, November 19, 2009, 4:30 - 6:00 p.m., in Ares Auditorium.
