Virginia Kelly ('90) Appointed to Arizona Court of AppealsOn December 11, 2009, Governor Brewer appointed Judge Virginia Kelly ('90), a Pima County Superior Court Judge since 2002, to Division Two of the Arizona Court of Appeals.
