Prof. Swain Recognized By Tax Analysts
Arizona Law Professor John Swain has been recognized as one of the country’s most influential people in the state and local tax world over the last decade. The “All-Decade Tax Team,” produced by State Tax Notes magazine, identifies fourteen experts from across the country, recognizing them for their expertise in the area and their insight into complex issues on taxation policy. Professor Swain, who joined the James E. Rogers College of Law in 2001, is widely published on tax issues, both domestic and international. He was a practicing lawyer for thirteen years prior to becoming a law professor.
