Prof. Swain Argues Dormant Commerce Clause Case before the Supreme Court of Ohio

On October 13, 2010, Prof. Swain argued on behalf of the Ohio Cable Telecommunications Association before the Supreme Court of Ohio in the case of DirecTV, Inc., et al. v. Richrd Levin, Tax Commissioner of Ohio. The case involved a challenge to an Ohio state tax applied to the satellite television industry, but not to the cable television industry.
